Complete documentation of BizCalify's TCPA-compliant SMS consent workflow
BizCalify operates as a B2B platform where our customers (service organizations) are required to obtain explicit written consent from their clients before any SMS communication. Our multi-layered approach ensures compliance at every step:
How organizations obtain consent from their clients
"SMS Consent: I authorize [Service Provider Name] and their technology partner BizCalify to send me text messages regarding my service appointments, invoices, reminders, and service updates to the phone number provided. Message frequency varies (up to 10 msgs/month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out or HELP for assistance. I understand this consent is not required to receive services."
✓ Clear disclosure of sender, message types, frequency, and opt-out methods
Recording and verifying consent in the platform

BizCalify maintains strict compliance with all telecommunications regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements. Our platform provides technical tools to support compliance, but the legal responsibility for obtaining initial consent rests with our customer organizations.
All consent records are maintained for a minimum of 4 years and are available for audit upon request. Organizations that cannot demonstrate proper consent may have their SMS capabilities suspended or terminated. BizCalify reserves the right to request consent documentation at any time and will cooperate with regulatory authorities as required by law.
